History of the Mountain Bike
The Mountain Bike emerged in the late 70, when a group of cyclists
began to attend the trails of the mountains of California, USA. The cyclists basically wanted to seek a new style in cycling. The trails and roads, land once conquered the youth group.As there were no appropriate frameworks, in order to fall below hill, they began using tables of bikes cruisers. They only added some components, such as exchange rate, larger tires and brakes more efficient to take up this new sport.
Over time, groups of practitioners of the mountain bike were increasing and slowly, some evidence was being organized. The first competitions of the mountain bike that has the record was Repack Downhill, a kind of downhill held the weekends at Mount Tamalpais, in California.
A divider of water in the sport was the creation of Mountain Biker, the first company to produce special bicycles. The bicycles were manufactured in Japan and the success of sales was world.
In Brazil the sport began to emerge in the 80's, when there were the first championships. Many disputes occur the country, with a technical level even better. Today, the mountain biking is a sport practiced in almost all regions of the world. The sport has spread rapidly, perhaps because of bringing people increasingly the nature of pleasure and adrenalin.

The bike is certainly one means of locomotion better known and used throughout the world. The creativity of cyclists mixed with the evolution of bikes has raised various forms of sports.

The cycling, mountain-bike and bmx are some of the categories of the sport. The type of equipment changes according to the requirements of each form, but the principle is always the same: pedaling.
"Who walked on a bicycle once, not ever forget." Certainly you've heard that phrase. There is no restriction to the sport, anyone can get a bike and get out there cycling.
